Our Click & Collect service really offers the best of both worlds. It combines the benefits of browsing on our website, unhurried and at your leisure, with the benefits of collecting your bike or any accessories from any of our stores with their expert teams of sales advisors and technical specialists.

How to use Click & Collect

To use Click & Collect, just follow the simple steps below. And the best thing about it? Click & Collect is completely free!

Step 1 – Add the items you want to your basket

Step 2 – Go to checkout and select Click & Collect as the delivery method

Step 3 – Decide which store you want to collect from – a helpful map will guide you

Step 4 – Complete your order and await an email telling you your items are ready to collect

Important Note about Coming Soon Items

You may find some items, especially bikes, marked as Coming Soon. That’s because we have loads of bikes on order but some may not have arrived with us yet. If it is one of those that you are interested in, just select the model, size and / or colour that you like, even if it says Out of Stock. Then, click the button marked Notify and enter your email address.

As soon as the stock arrives with us, we will email you to let you know.

Alternatively, we can take a deposit if you wish to secure a bike that is due for delivery in the future. However, to do that, either email us on edinburgh@criteriumcycles.co.uk or bakewell@criteriumcycles.co.uk, or alternatively call us on

When can I collect my order?
If the item is in stock at the store you have selected to collect from, we will have them ready as quickly as we possibly can, almost always the same day you place the order, although it may take us a day or so to prepare bikes for collection. In any event, we will email you or call you when your items are ready to collect.
If the item is in stock at another store or the warehouse

Typically, this can add 5 - 7 working days. Occasionally, we must bring items in from an overseas warehouse which can take longer. Again, we will email you or call you when your items are ready to collect and if it is going to take a little longer than normal (such as bringing in a bike from overseas), we will call you to discuss. The estimated time for delivery will usually be indicated when you go through the checkout

How will I know when my order is ready?

We will send you an e-mail to let you know when your order is ready to collect. If your order includes a bike, we will contact you as soon as we can after you have placed your order to arrange a collection time.

What do I need to bring when I come to collect my order?

Please always bring with you your confirmation email, photo ID (either a passport or driving licence) and proof of address.

If you have purchased your item(s) via one of our Finance partners (V12 Retail Finance or Klarna) you will also need to bring the payment card that you used when you made the credit application and paid the deposit (where relevant). We will need to check the last 4 digits of your payment card match the details on the finance application.

We will hold your order in store for two weeks from the date you place the order. If you have any problems getting to the relevant store within this timeframe, please contact the relevant store to let them know and we will look to extend this time frame where possible.

Can someone else collect my order?

This rather depends on what you have ordered but we'll do our best to accommodate this. Always call the relevant store ahead of time however to discuss what you are looking to do.

We cannot accept a third party collecting on your behalf any products where you have used one of our Finance Partners (V12 Retail Finance or Klarna) to pay for the products. We can only handover these products to the person who made the credit application and whose identity we have identified.

How do I cancel / change my order prior to dispatch?

If you wish to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact us directly on 01629 818888. Full refunds will be made using the original transaction method.

How do I return my order?
